Jeffrey Bell is a writer, director, and actor whose work includes Angel episodes. He also served as a co-producer, executive co-producer, and executive producer during the last three seasons of the show. Bell portrayed Número Cinco in the character's first appearances.
He was featured as well in the Angel DVD featurettes "Darla: Deliver Us from Evil", "Season 3 Overview", "Season 4 Overview" "Malice in Wonderland: Wolfram & Hart", "Angel & the Apocalypse", and "The Final Season".

In addition to Angel, Bell has written by The X Files (1999–2001), Alias (2005), Day Break (2006–2007), Harper's Island (2009), The Protector (2011), and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2013–2019).
