Stehlin is best known for his recurring roles in the series Weeds as Captain Roy Till, JAG as Edward Hardy, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer as Dr. Angleman. He also appeared mostly in procedural series such as American Crime Story, NCIS: Los Angeles, The Event, Monk, NCIS, Without a Trace, The Practice, and ER.
