In addition to Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Milicevic acted in the television series Seinfeld, The Nanny, The Army Show, Felicity, Friends, Just Shoot Me!, Charmed, CSI: Miami, Ugly Betty, Fallen, Chuck, Pushing Daisies, Without a Trace, Hawaii Five-0, Vegas, Banshee, Banshee Origins, Power, Gotham, Strike Back, The 100, among others.
She also acted in films such as Head Over Heels, Vanilla Sky, Down with Love, Mail Order Bride, Love Actually, Paycheck, Slipstream, Just like Heaven, Casino Royale, Running Scared, What's Your Number?, and Catfight.
Milicevic was a voice actor in the the animated series American Dad!, and Castlevania, as well as the video games Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 and Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Uprising.
