Hoffman Terrace was a street in Sunnydale. In 2002, Spike acted under the First Evil's influence siring and burying his victims in the house number 634, including the elderly woman who resided in it.[1]
The street was presumably destroyed along with the rest of Sunnydale following the battle at the Hellmouth in 2003.[2]
