History
In 1998, Buffy Summers worked at Helen's Kitchen as a waitress under the alias "Anne" (her middle name), after running away from Sunnydale and her calling as the Slayer. Maggie was a waitress and cashier there as well, and its manager was a man called Mitch.
Buffy met Lily Houston and Rickie Thomas there, as the couple attempted to buy a pie with the few money they had. When Buffy decided to return home, Lily took her place (and alias) at the diner.[1]
