Torres has a number of recognizable television roles including Anna Espinosa on Alias, Julia Millikin on 24, and Zoe Washburne on Joss Whedon's Firefly in which she worked with Nathan Fillion.
In 2002, she married Oscar nominated actor Laurence Fishburne.
