Sunnydale Arms was an abandoned boarding house in Prescott Lane, Sunnydale.[1]
History[]
The Watchers Council employed the house for Buffy Summers's Tento di Cruciamentum in 1999. However, the vampire Zachary Kralik, the Slayer's intended opponent, broke free of his confinement and took over the place.[1]
The house was presumably destroyed along with the rest of Sunnydale following the battle at the Hellmouth in 2003.[2]
