Karen Sheperd is a stuntwoman who portrayed Eliza Dushku's stunt double on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel.
Biography[]
As an actress, Sheperd had a recurring guest-star role as The Enforcer on Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, starred in Angelina Jolie's first film Cyborg 2, and appeared on Criminal Minds as Katherine Shepherd in 2011. Sheperd began starring in action films, performing her own fight-stunts, after becoming the first woman to be officially rated the #1 World Black Belt Forms Champion.
Invited into the stunt community, Sheperd worked for a short time performing fights on shows like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and Walker, Texas Ranger. Sheperd now focuses on acting and no longer works as a stunt performer. On stage, she had lead roles in plays such as Summer and Smoke and In The Boom Boom Room.
