Blood & Trenches is a miniseries of the Angel comic book meta-series. Written and illustrated by John Byrne, the four issues were originally published from March to June 2009 by IDW Publishing.
Premise[]
After Angel is injured in World War I, he meets the watcher Geoffrey Wyndam-Pryce, and together they go up against ancient vampire Kakistos.
Continuity[]
The events took place after Barbary Coast, Part Three but before the flashbacks from "Orpheus."
