Eleanor Boudreau was a Slayer born in 1921 and who was activated in September 7th, 1940 after the death of Isabel Cortes. Her Watchers were Bertram Martin, who trained her as a Potential Slayer, and, after Martin's death, Marie-Christine Fontaine.
