Drusilla was a vampire who sought the title of "Queen of Vampires" in an alternative reality where Cordelia was the Slayer.^[1]

After Spike died, Drusilla grew ambitious and planned to make vampires immune to sunlight and take over the world. She counted with the help of her lover Tara,^[1] a witch who had become corrupted with dark magic after Drusilla tricked her into using Kurgan's Grimoire.^[2]
