Goddard's writing credits also include the television series Alias, Lost, The Defenders, and Daredevil; as well as the films Cloverfield, The Cabin in the Woods, World War Z, The Martian, and Bad Times at the El Royale. He also directed The Cabin in the Woods, Bad Times at the El Royale, and episodes from The Good Place.
