A spell was proposed by Willow to eliminate the lust between herself and Xander, making it the opposite of a love spell. Willow attempted to craft this spell by using the similar components of a love spell; the magic shop clerk suggested raven feathers instead of canary to breed a little more discontent.[1]
However, while Willow prepared the spell with the aid of the Witchcraft book, Spike kidnapped her, and the young witch was unable to perform the spell.[1]
