Courtesan demon were a variety of succubus. They were winged, horned, and tailed creatures with red skin and feminine appearance, though they could alter their appearance to resemble a human woman. Throughout history, they served men in positions of power.[1]

- Influence: They also had the ability to influence their target's decisions, as shown when Morgan enthralled Spike to follow her wish to go to Easter Island.[1][2]
- Shapeshifting: They could change between human and demonic forms.[3][1][2][4]
- Flight: In their demonic form, courtesan demons had wings that allow them to fly.[4]
