Claudia was a young mutant girl and a resident of London's Magic Town. Angel attempted to protect her and her father when they were attacked by Catfish Bob. When Angel was about to be beaten, Amy Madison attacked Catfish Bob with flying rocks, causing him to run off. Claudia told Amy she was pretty and asked if she made the monster go away.
Claudia looked like a human girl except for her green skin and small horns.
