Catherine Madison earned a cheerleading trophy for Sunnydale High School.[1]
History[]
The Sunnydale High cheerleading squad became tri-county champions under Catherine's leadership. Her victories earned her a trophy displayed in the school trophy case.[1]
In 1996, Catherine tried to cast a curse on Buffy Summers, but the Slayer deflected it with a mirror back at Catherine, who then disappeared. Under the effects of her own spell, Catherine became trapped within the trophy she had won as a student.[1]
The only signs of Catherine's presence within the trophy were her moving eyes[2] and her muffled voice.[1] After the destruction of the school, the trophy was left on the floor near the exploded corpse of Richard Wilkins.[3]
