Cedrian crystal was a type of crystal used to contain millennia of stored mystical energy. Winifred Burkle used it linked with a standard issue army surplus Geiger counter, in order to analyze the kind of paraplasmic radioactivity left by the hypothetic creature from Quor'toth, who was, in fact, an older Daniel Holtz.
