Changes: Cassandra

Cassandra was a student at Hemery High School and friend of Buffy Summers, said to be quite a studious student. As she was heading home from school, she was captured by Amilyn. She later awakened in the vampire lair just as Amilyn presented her to his master, Lothos, who descended from the air toward her. It was later learned that she was found dead. She is later seen late in the film, as one of the vampires that attacks Buffy outside the gym (the vampire with the yellow leather jacket as it's mentioned one of her friends has loaned it to her) and last seen watching Buffy retreat by climbing over a gate.

She was portrayed by Natasha Gregson Wagner.
In the novelization, Lothos snapped her neck in rage when she mentioned "God".
