This unidentified woman was Brie's girlfriend, a woman who was magically mind-controlled by Amy Madison in the Bronze for a supposed date with Willow Rosenberg.
Willow didn't want the date, explaining to Amy that she was still in love with Tara Maclay, so she asked Amy to reverse the spell. Brie went back to her girlfriend who was clearly not amused by the incident.
