Beljoxa´s Eye
Beljoxa's Eye is an Oracle-like creature which resides in another dimension. It is a large round floating disembodied creature with many eyes which closely resembles a Beholder. It cannot see the future, only the truth of the present and the past.
Beljoxa's Eye was consulted by Rupert Giles and Anya Jenkins who sought answers about why the First Evil was attacking Sunnydale and the Potential Slayers with such zeal. Beljoxa's Eye answered that the First was now capable of more extreme actions because the balance between good and evil was disrupted by another disruption in the Slayer line (Buffy's resurrection).
