Apocalypse Memories was a novel written by Laura J. Burns and Melinda Metz based on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Synopsis

Willow has arrived back in Sunnydale after a magical rehabilitation with Giles in England. However, she is terrified of using her witchcraft powers again for fear of a return to Dark magic consuming her, yet she also instinctively senses her magic soon being required again as a necessity.

Her instincts turn out to be accurate: Sunnydale suddenly becomes - once again - a center of the weirdness when the Archangel Michael brings on signs of the one true apocalypse. Despite Buffy's best attempts, it is evident that she cannot fight what is thrown at them, and everyone becomes increasingly convinced that it is truly the natural end of the world. To avert this seemingly inevitable fate, Willow must overcome her fear of magic in order to perform one of the most dangerous spells known to mankind; the Belial Siphon, which has never been performed before.
