Changes: Alpert mausoleum

The Alpert mausoleum was located in Restfield Cemetery, often passed by the Scooby Gang during their patrols. Spike considered this mausoleum when he was searching for a new home, as he was seem measuring its exterior,^[1] but favored the larger Hawley mausoleum.^[2]

It was presumably destroyed in 2003 along with the rest of Sunnydale, following the battle at the Hellmouth.^[3]

Behind the scenes

The mausoleum was named for producer Marc D. Alpert.
Notably it was featured in Georges Jeanty's variant cover for After These Messages... We'll Be Right Back!.
