"After the Fall, Part Two" was the second issue of the Angel: After the Fall comic book mini-series.

Synopsis[edit | edit source]

Angel travels to Santa Monica to protect Connor from a demon lord whose son Angel killed in the previous issue. Gwen, upon discovering the aftermath of Gunn's attack on the lord of Westwood, informs Angel that there is a new player in the game, and shows him a phrase written in blood on a wall. Angel, believing the worst of one of his comrades, heads to Beverly Hills, where he reunites with Spike, who has become the lord of the borough, and is living in a large house surrounded by human and demon women. Angel and Spike briefly fight, at which time Illyria appears in Spike's defense (referring to Spike as her "pet" repeatedly). Meanwhile, Gunn has kidnapped Betta George and reveals that he blames Angel for being sired.

Continuity[edit | edit source]

The story is set after "Not Fade Away", but before "Aftermath".
