I feel like Glory was the most entertaining and most intimidating villain because of her status as a hell god. She needed no invite to the Summers home, she could have hurt anyone in that house!

Angelus 💯% The OG He Terrorized The Whole Town In Season Two Before Any Of The Other's Showed Up And The Master Was Already Dead Because Buffy Had Already Killed Him In The Season 1 Finale:-)

The Master is a bit stuffy. He doesn't inspire much excitement in the room.

The Mayor doesn't hold a candle to what soulless Angelus can do.

Adam was more of a pawn. Not so much of an independent villain.

Glory was kind of pathetic by whining.

The Trio are arrogant dorks who don't have high capacity for succeeding as villains.

Soulless Angelus is the winner here.
