I'm going to say Buffy and Faith because Faith was the only one who truly understood what being a slayer was like for Buffy. They understood each other in a way that no one else ever could. Plus, Riley was to self involved to be in a relationship with Buffy. And Angel and Spike were both vampires so what kind of life could Buffy have had with either of them.
